You sure can! That's one of the major appeals of sugar paste is that it's so natural and safe to use that you can ingest it! After all, it's only sugar, lemon and water.

It's a really neat lemony caramel flavour. I imagine it might taste quite nice as a sauce over vanilla ice cream or even as a fruit dip! Mmm..

Just don't eat it after you've used it... Haha.
