works but leaves a "stuble" ????

can anyone please tell me why in spots it removes my hair completely and in some other spots theres a stumble? i did get kinda impatient after a lil bit and wasn't pressing the sugar mix on as hard or leaveing it on as long, would that have caused it? any suggestions are welcome and thanks in advance.
